This position involves assisting residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our residents while fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes to the nursing staff. Help residents with mobility and transportation needs within the facility. Engage residents in social activities and encourage participation in recreational programs. Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents by following health and safety protocols. Document resident care activities accurately in compliance with facility policies. Collaborate with team members to develop personalized care plans tailored to each resident's needs. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in healthcare or related fields is preferred. Previous experience in a caregiving role is highly desirable but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with residents and their families. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
