Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and small-group support to female at-risk teens, focusing on safety, emotional well-being, and personal development. Implement case plans and coordinate with social workers, educators, and families to monitor progress and address needs. Model positive behavior, conflict de-escalation, boundary setting, and coping strategies; teach life skills and basic self-care. Supervise activities, transport when required (driver's license), and ensure a safe, inclusive environment for all participants. Document incidents, progress notes, and program outcomes; maintain confidential records in accordance with policy.
