! Responsibilities of the Caregiver for

Home Health:

Work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide various personal care and related professional services in accordance with an established plan of care. Provide for the personal needs and comfort of clients in their homes. Perform personal care activities that assist the client with daily living which include but are not limited to: personal hygiene (bathing, care of mouth, skin, and hair) and meal preparation Perform homemaking activities to provide a safe, clean living environment which include but are not limited to: general housekeeping and cleaning, changing bed linens, doing laundry, grocery shopping, taking clients to doctor appointments. Provide ambulation assistance as needed. Requirements of the Caregiver for Home Health Must have compassion, keep your commitments and be on time.
