Key Responsibilities:

Supervise RBTs and help ensure treatment plans are followed with consistency Complete behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA programs Review client data and adjust goals or strategies based on progress Provide caregiver guidance to support routines, independence, and skill carryover Maintain accurate documentation and strong clinical standards >>
