  • Full-time We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) to join our caregiving team.
HHA's will assist clients in their homes with activities of daily living, promote independence, and provide companionship and support to improve quality of life. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance. Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dusting, sweeping, and changing bed linens. Support meal planning and preparation according to dietary restrictions. Monitor and record changes in the client's physical or mental condition and report to supervisors. Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or walks as needed. Offer companionship and emotional support. Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment. Follow care plans and company protocols to deliver high-quality care.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. CPR certification required. Previous experience as an HHA or caregiver is a plus. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required. Ability to lift, turn, and transfer clients safely. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
Schedule & Compensation:
Flexible shifts available: mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
