We Are Victorious, LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals to provide quality care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Position Details 12-Hour Shifts Available Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Weekly Pay Consistent Schedule Supportive Team Environment Opportunity for Growth Responsibilities Provide direct, hands-on support to individuals requiring total care assistance. Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene. Safely transfer and reposition individuals using proper techniques and equipment as needed. Assist with feeding, hydration, and meal preparation according to individual needs. Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, or overall well-being. Administer or assist with medications as directed and documented. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment. Accompany individuals to medical appointments, community outings, and recreational activities as needed. Complete accurate and timely documentation of services provided in iConnect. Follow all APD, HIPAA, and company policies and procedures. Respond appropriately to emergencies and health-related situations. Promote dignity, respect, safety, and quality of life while providing compassionate care. Preferred Qualifications Experience providing total care or personal care services. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, or elderly populations. Knowledge of proper lifting, transferring, and personal care techniques. Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and accountability. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License Reliable Transportation Current Auto Insurance and Vehicle Registration CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to pass all required screenings and trainings Strong communication and interpersonal skills Mandatory Level 2 Background Screening A Level 2 Background Screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse is required for this position. Applicants must be eligible to work with vulnerable populations and meet all state screening requirements. The Clearinghouse is Florida's centralized system for Level 2 screenings for care providers working with vulnerable populations.
