Job Description
Job Overview Provide Personal Care and Supervision for developmentally disabled persons in a State licensed group home. Responsibilities Support residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance. Administer medications accurately following prescribed protocols, Provide specialized care for residents with behavior plans as needed. Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and maintaining a clean and safe environment through routine cleaning tasks. Qualifications Proven experience assisting a person in private duty, group home and other healthcare settings is a plus. Strong communication skills with co workers, supervisors, resident families, etc. Must be able to pass all agency trainings such as Reactive Strategies, CPR/FA, etc/ Must pass Level 2 Background screening.
