This rewarding role offers the opportunity to provide essential assistance in a private home setting. As an In Home Caregiver, you will deliver personalized care that promotes independence, safety, and well-being while fostering trusting relationships with clients and their families. Your dedication will help enhance quality of life through attentive, respectful, and professional caregiving. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, and mobility support using a wheelchair Support medication administration following prescribed schedules and safety protocols in compliance with HIPAA regulations Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks including light cleaning, and organizing personal spaces Implement care plans developed by healthcare teams to ensure consistent and effective support for each client Requirements Proven experience in home & community care or assisted living environments; group home or nursing home experience is highly valued Knowledge of patient observation techniques, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration procedures Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, HIPAA compliance training preferred; willingness to obtain necessary certifications if not already held Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and assisting with mobility, transferring client to wheelchair Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, Cerebral Palsy is a plus Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and family members Demonstrated reliability, compassion, patience, and a proactive approach to caregiving Join us in delivering exceptional home health care that empowers individuals to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
