FL Clearinghouse | Florida Agency for Health Care Administration Must possess effective communication skills. Experience as caregiver home care setting or skilled facility or assisting with activities of daily living (ex: mobility, grooming, bathing). Provide complex care for those living with chronic conditions. Does not administer medication or perform any procedures requiring the knowledge or skills of a licensed nurse. Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. Assist clients with errands, appointments, and social activities. Update office staff on client progress as needed. Physical Qualifications Able to work an average of 15-30 hours per week. Able to bend, climb, stoop, and stand. Able to lift 20-30 pounds. Able to use tools necessary for job.
