About the
Role:

as a Personal Care Aide and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients in Albany, GA. We are looking for compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to those in need.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the supervising nurse. Help with meal preparation and nutritional needs, ensuring dietary requirements are met. Assist clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or activities. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document care provided and maintain accurate records as required. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure coordinated care.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare is a plus. Prior experience as a personal care aide or in a similar role is preferred. Valid CPR and First Aid certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and assist clients as needed. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes. Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
