Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Support childhood development through engaging activities, teaching moments, and age-appropriate play Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and nap times in accordance with individual needs Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions and emotional regulation Collaborate with families and team members to develop personalized care plans that meet each child's unique requirements Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment aligned with childcare standards and best practices Use first aid skills promptly when necessary and follow safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries Requirements Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying is highly desirable Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Experience caring for infants, toddlers, or children with disabilities is a strong plus Ability to manage behaviors effectively through positive reinforcement techniques Strong communication skills to collaborate with families and team members effectively Passion for nurturing children's growth and supporting their emotional well-being Embark on a fulfilling career where your care creates lasting impacts!
