Caregiver for Indian Elderly in Atlanta We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide support and assistance to Indian elderly individuals living in Atlanta. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for helping with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders, as well as offering companionship and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Administer medications as needed and keep track of medication schedules
• Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
• Provide transportation for appointments and errands
• Offer companionship and engage in activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation
• Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to appropriate parties
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the elderly individual
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals involved in the care of the elderly individual

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in English to effectively communicate with the elderly individual
• Preferably Indian nationality or familiarity with Indian culture
• Must have a valid biometric passport
• Prior experience as a caregiver is not required but preferred
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to provide emotional support and maintain a positive attitude
• Physical ability to assist with lifting and transferring

Salary:

Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:

This job is located in Atlanta but may require occasional travel within the city for appointments or errands.
