Founded by a caregiver who understands the work , our mission is to provide compassionate, reliable care while supporting the caregivers who make it possible. We are currently seeking devoted, compassionate, and reliable caregivers to join our growing team. We serve a mixture of state-funded (Medicaid) and private-pay clients , offering flexible schedules and opportunities for higher-paying assignments based on client needs and caregiver qualifications. Pay Structure $14/hour
  • Base rate for Medicaid/state-funded client assignments $17
  • 18/hour
  • Private-pay client assignments Pay is determined by client type, care needs, experience, availability, and performance ➡ All caregivers start at the base rate and may be assigned to higher-paying private-pay clients as opportunities become available.
Caregiver Responsibilities You must be able to assist clients with activities of daily living , including but not limited to: Bathing, grooming, and toileting Transfers and mobility assistance Meal preparation Transportation to appointments or errands Light housekeeping Pet care (when applicable) Companionship and safety supervision Benefits of Joining Our Team Earned Wage Access
