Job Description

Longevity Healthcare is looking for reliable CNAs and HHAs to join our on-call backup team in Fulton County. This is not a full-time position. This is a flexible on-call role you set your availability and we reach out when a shift opens that matches your schedule. Some weeks may be quiet. Some weeks you may get multiple shifts. You choose what you accept. This role is perfect if you already have another job and want extra income on your own schedule no commitment, no set hours, just flexibility and good pay.
What we offer:
$20/hr base rate $21/hr for same-day emergency shifts $22/hr for weekends and holidays $50 reliability bonus when you work 4 or more shifts in a month $50 referral bonus for every caregiver you refer who completes 3 shifts First priority when full-time cases open up Weekly pay through direct deposit A small professional team that communicates clearly and respects your time What we need from you: CNA or HHA certification preferred Reliable personal transportation — own vehicle required Ability to accept same-day shift requests Located in or near Fulton County Able to pass a background check How it works: When a shift opens in your area we send one text to our on-call team. First person to reply YES gets the shift. No bidding. No competition. Just a simple text and you're confirmed.
