Private Home Care RN Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Clinical Supervisor for our Home Care Agencyin the Atlanta area. The RN Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with state and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership, clinical judgment, and experience in home care services. Key Responsibilities Review, approve, and edit Care Plans and Individualized Service Plans (ISP) for clients receiving home care services Conduct initial nursing assessments for new clients Perform supervisory visits for caregivers and ensure proper service delivery Monitor and evaluate patient care to ensure compliance with care plans Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers and staff Ensure documentation meets agency standards and regulatory requirements Communicate with clients, families, physicians, and care team members Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities Ensure compliance with Georgia home care regulations and agency policies Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia Minimum 5 years of nursing experience (home care experience preferred) Experience with care plan development and patient assessments Strong knowledge of home care regulations and compliance standards Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to perform supervisory visits in client homes Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications Previous home health or home care supervisory experience Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems Strong organizational and documentation skills Benefits Competitive pay Flexible schedule Professional growth opportunities Supportive team environment Benefits after 90 days
