Role:
As a Home Health Caregiver with Modani Care, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Accompanying clients to medical appointments and providing transportation as needed Managing medication and providing reminders for medication administration Maintaining a clean and safe environment, including laundry and light housekeeping Providing emotional support and companionship to clients Collaborating with our care team to ensure continuity of care
