Personal Assistant Caregiver

We are seeking Resident Assistants, Fulltime 7a-7p, 7P-7A(full time) who will provide a well-constructed, visually attractive, secure home environment to our senior adults. To offer services and resources that meet their nutritional, recreational, spiritual and personal day to day needs. To demonstrate a deep, unbending respect for senior adults and to achieve for each resident the maximum level of independence in an encouraging and positive atmosphere of genuine care. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and record vital signs, medication administration, and overall health status in accordance with care plans Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs to promote healthy living Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing Observe and document changes in client behavior or health conditions for ongoing care adjustments Skills Proven experience in home health, assisted living, or personal care home. Knowledge of patient observation techniques and vital signs monitoring Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and privacy Ability to assist with medication management and adherence to care plans Strong understanding of dementia, Alzheimer's, memory care. CPR/First Aid certification preferred; ability to respond quickly in emergency situations Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams Physical stamina assisting with mobility needs Experience with hospice care or end-of-life support is a plus Compassionate approach to caring for individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions Join us in providing compassionate caregiving that truly makes a difference! Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
