Job Description

Grace Pediatric Home Care is hiring an RN to provide in-home care for a medically complex pediatric patient.
Patient Details:
Five-year-old boy Non-ambulatory Diagnosed with a chromosome 18 disorder Responsibilities include: Providing skilled nursing care in the home Physician-directed engagement through therapeutic play Feeding assistance
Additional Requirements:
Must be comfortable working in a home with dogs
Pay:
$40.00 - $45.00 per hour Application Question(s): Must be comfortable working in a home with dogs
License/Certification:
RN License (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required)
