Our mission is to assist families and individuals during life's challenging moments with professionalism and care. Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine desire to support individuals of all ages, including children and seniors, by providing attentive personal care and assistance. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those requiring support with daily activities and developmental needs. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort. Provide specialized care for infants, toddlers, and children, including feeding, diapering, and engaging in age-appropriate activities. Support children with developmental needs through behavior management techniques and early childhood education strategies. Administer first aid when necessary and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. Engage clients in recreational activities that promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being. Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans tailored to individual needs. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and report any concerns or changes in condition promptly. Skills Proven experience working with children, including childcare, babysitting, or nannying roles. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices. Ability to implement behavior management strategies effectively in various settings. Certification or training in first aid and CPR is highly desirable. Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is preferred. Familiarity with classroom experience or daycare environments enhances the ability to provide comprehensive care.
