Home Health Caregiver Position Available Job Summary:
Modani Care, a leading provider of in-home care services, is seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Health Caregiver to join our Dublin, GA team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personalized support to seniors and adults who require assistance with daily living activities. Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support to clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care Assist clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry Encourage and support clients in their daily routines, promoting independence and dignity Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and care team members Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided Collaborate with other care professionals, such as nurses and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care Requirements 0 years of experience in healthcare or related field (training provided) Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if licensed to drive)
