  • Assisted Living Parkside Senior Living at Ellijay Ellijay, GA 30540 Parkside Senior Living at Ellijay is seeking a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Caregiver to join our Assisted Living team.
In this role, you will provide daily support and assistance to residents while helping maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Pay & Schedule:
$14.25
  • $14.75 per hour Part-Time 3:00 PM
  • 11:00
PM Shift Every Other Weekend Required One Additional Weekday Shift Per Week Weekly Pay Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support to residents Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition Assist with meal service and hydration Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Document care and services provided according to community policies Work closely with nursing staff and other team members to ensure quality resident care
Qualifications:
Experience as a Caregiver, PCA, Resident Assistant, or CNA preferred Compassion for seniors and a commitment to exceptional resident care Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, patient, and team-oriented Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled High school diploma or GED preferred
