Job Description

Job Overview Join our dedicated team as an In-Home Caregiver, where your compassionate support and hands-on assistance will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals needing personalized care. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide essential services within clients' homes, promoting independence, safety, and comfort. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will be the vital link ensuring our clients receive respectful, attentive, and professional care tailored to their unique needs. Your energetic approach and commitment to excellence will help foster a nurturing environment that enhances quality of life. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patients' vital signs and observe for any changes in health status, reporting findings accurately and promptly Administer medications following care plans and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary restrictions and assist with meal planning and cooking as needed Utilize specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices to safely transfer clients with mobility challenges Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, laundry, and organization of living spaces Support clients with cognitive impairments such as dementia or Alzheimer's by implementing memory care strategies and engaging in meaningful activities Requirements Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, or long-term care environments; group home experience is a plus Knowledge of patient observation techniques, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring Certifications in CPR and First Aid are required; additional certifications such as HIPAA training or hospice care are advantageous Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks involved in patient transfers or mobility assistance Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or dementia-related conditions Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals A caring attitude combined with reliability, patience, and a proactive approach to caregiving Join us in delivering compassionate home care that transforms lives! Pay:
$16.50 - $17.00 per hour
