We are seeking energetic, dedicated caregivers who are passionate about delivering personalized support and fostering independence in a safe, caring environment. Whether you have prior experience in senior care, assisted living, or working with individuals with disabilities, your skills will help enhance quality of life for those you serve. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by observing vital signs and overall condition; report changes promptly to healthcare professionals Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary Administer medications according to care plans while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and safety protocols Support clients with cognitive challenges such as dementia or Alzheimer's through memory care techniques and patient observation Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal spaces Use specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts or resident lifts safely to assist with mobility and prevent injury Follow detailed care plans designed by healthcare providers to ensure consistent, high-quality support Document care activities accurately and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards Qualifications Prior experience in home health, senior care, assisted living, or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred Knowledge of first aid, CPR, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring required; certifications are a plus Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dementia or memory care needs highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident lifts safely Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and reporting changes effectively Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills and patience for working with diverse populations Ability to follow detailed care plans and adhere to safety standards and HIPAA regulations This position offers a fulfilling opportunity to provide essential support that enhances independence and quality of life.
