Job Description
Overview Join our dedicated team as a Caregiver and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with diverse needs. Whether working with infants, toddlers, or children with special needs, you will create a nurturing environment that fosters growth and learning. Your energy, patience, and enthusiasm will help build trusting relationships and support families in their caregiving journey. Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap times in accordance with individual needs and schedules Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development, learning, and social skills Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and emotional regulation Support children with disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized assistance to foster independence Maintain open communication with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary, to ensure a secure environment Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or classroom settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Strong ability to manage behavior positively while fostering a nurturing atmosphere Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members Compassionate attitude combined with patience and adaptability to meet each child's unique needs Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting infants or assisting children during activities Join us if you are passionate about nurturing young minds and supporting families through caring, energetic engagement.
