Hindi or Spanish Speaking Caregiver Needed (Full-Time)

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Full-Time Caregiver who is fluent in Hindi or Spanish to provide dedicated support to individuals in a variety of care settings. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patients' health status by checking vital signs and observing for any changes or concerns Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA privacy regulations Support clients during outings or community activities to promote social engagement and independence Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, patient observations, and any incidents in compliance with privacy standards Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident's to ensure safe transfers and mobility assistance Skills Fluency in Hindi or Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills Prior experience working in assisted living, home health, hospice care, or group home environments Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques, Alzheimer's/dementia care, memory care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism Proficiency in first aid, CPR, and basic nursing skills including medication administration and vital signs measurement Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate supportive equipment like Hoyer lifts Strong observational skills for patient safety, behavioral changes, or health concerns Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of client information Join us in delivering exceptional care that truly makes a difference!
