Overview Join our compassionate team as an In Home Caregiver, where your dedication and skills will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring support with daily activities and health needs. This vital role offers the opportunity to provide personalized, respectful care in clients' homes, fostering independence and enhancing quality of life. We are committed to creating a supportive environment that values your expertise and passion for caregiving. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA confidentiality standards Support clients with meal preparation, ensuring nutritional needs are met while adhering to dietary restrictions Utilize specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts for safe patient transfers and mobility assistance Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment for clients Experience Prior experience in home health care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, and hospice support Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred; additional training in HIPAA compliance and patient monitoring is a plus.
