Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; 9:00 AM

PM Pay:

$16 per hour

Requirements:

• Must have a valid CNA license.
• Must have experience working with dementia and Alzheimer's clients.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Must have strong communication skills.

Position Summary:

Utopia Private Home Care is seeking dependable and caring Companion Caregivers / Sitters to provide non-medical, in-home support for seniors and adults in the Columbus area. This position is perfect for individuals who have a heart for helping others and want to make a meaningful difference in their community, no CNA license required.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and conversation to clients Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed Support with mobility, exercise, and daily routines Escort clients to appointments or social activities (if approved) Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment Report any changes in client condition to the care team

Qualifications:

Previous experience in home care, companion, or sitter roles (preferred but not required) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must pass background screening

Schedule & Pay:

Part-time positions available (flexible hours) Day, weekend shifts Competitive hourly pay based on experience
