For over 40 years, TLC Family Care has connected reliable caregivers with families who need quality support. Our team manages scheduling and family matching so you can focus on providing excellent care. Experience with either childcare, senior care, or adult caregiving is welcome—training mindset and compassion are highly valued. Schedule Requirements Applicants must be available: At least 3 weekdays (Monday-Friday) Between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM For 8-10 hour shifts (example: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM or 8:00 AM-6:00 PM) Minimum commitment of 3 months Pay & Benefits $19/hour for 1-2 children $20/hour for 3 clients (children/adults) $21/hour for 4 clients (children/adults) Weekly direct deposit (every Friday)
