Job Description

Benefits:
Competitive salary Flexible schedule Training & development We have open shifts in Marietta right now — and a schedule you can actually plan your life around. Assisting Hands Home Care is a nationally recognized home care brand with a local team serving Marietta and Cobb County. When you call our office, you reach a real person — no call centers, no AI, no overseas hold queues. We hire caregivers directly as W-2 employees — not contract work — and we're looking for people who want consistent hours and a team they can actually reach. We've built the client base to support that kind of stability. The schedule We cover care throughout the day and into the night, scheduled in blocks — mornings, midday, afternoons, evenings, and overnights. Daytime is our biggest need right now, but evening and overnight availability matters too. If you want at least 15-20 hours a week, we can put together a schedule that fits. What you'll actually be doing Your clients are older adults or people with disabilities who want to stay in their own homes. You'll help with the things that have gotten harder — bathing, dressing, getting around safely, making meals, keeping the house in order. You'll give medication reminders and keep an eye on how they're doing. Over time, most caregivers build a consistent client base and get to know their clients well. When you're starting out, there may be some variety while we get your schedule established. What we need from you Valid Georgia driver's license with a reliable, insured vehicle Current CPR and First Aid certification (we can point you to resources if you need to renew) Negative TB test or chest X-ray Clear background check CNA or PCA experience preferred — if you don't have credentials but have genuine experience, paid training is available What you earn $15-$18/hr based on your experience and certifications W-2 employment — direct hire, not contract work Mileage reimbursement Holiday pay at time-and-a-half Bi-weekly paychecks Referral bonuses Paid training and continuing education 24/7 support If consistent hours and a team that answers when you call sounds like a step up, we're scheduling interviews now.
