The schedule We cover care throughout the day and into the night, scheduled in blocks — mornings, midday, afternoons, evenings, and overnights. Daytime is our biggest need right now, but evening and overnight availability matters too. If you want at least 15-20 hours a week, we can put together a schedule that fits. What you'll actually be doing Your clients are older adults or people with disabilities who want to stay in their own homes. You'll help with the things that have gotten harder — bathing, dressing, getting around safely, making meals, keeping the house in order. You'll give medication reminders and keep an eye on how they're doing. Over time, most caregivers build a consistent client base and get to know their clients well. When you're starting out, there may be some variety while we get your schedule established.
