Available schedules include primarily 12-hour shifts, with some 6- and 8-hour shifts offered depending on availability and client care needs. Sharp Home Care provides in-home and facility-based support for seniors who need assistance with daily living activities. We are seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers who are committed to providing respectful, client-focused care. Compensation for this position ranges from $15.00 to $16.50 per hour based on experience, shift type, and assignment details. Eligible employees may receive additional benefits such as holiday pay, mileage reimbursement, ongoing training opportunities, employee recognition programs, and referral bonuses.
Primary Duties:
Assist clients with personal care and routine daily activities Provide companionship and supervision as needed Support mobility, meal preparation, and light household tasks Follow care instructions and maintain accurate communication with the care team Promote a safe and comfortable environment for clients
Requirements:
Prior caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, rehabilitation, nursing home, or hospital settings preferred Valid CPR and First Aid certification Reliable transportation Authorized to work in the United States Ability to understand and follow written care plans We are looking for individuals who are professional, reliable, patient, and dedicated to supporting seniors with dignity and respect.
