Competitive salary Flexible schedule Training & development If you want steady caregiving work with a schedule you can actually plan around, read on. We're Assisting Hands Home Care — a locally owned agency serving clients across Marietta and Cobb County. We're looking for caregivers who want consistent, recurring hours and a paycheck they can count on. Not every agency can offer that. We've worked hard to build the kind of client base where we can. The schedule We cover care needs throughout the day and into the night, and we schedule in blocks — mornings, midday, afternoons, evenings, and overnights. Daytime is our biggest need right now, but if you have evening or overnight availability, we want to hear from you too. If you want at least 15-20 hours a week, we can put together a schedule that fits. What you'll actually be doing Your clients are older adults or people with disabilities who want to stay in their own homes. You'll help them with the things that have gotten harder — bathing, dressing, getting around safely, making meals, keeping the house in order. You'll give medication reminders and keep an eye on how they're doing. Over time, you'll know your clients well. That matters more than most job listings let on. What we need from you Valid Georgia driver's license with a reliable, insured vehicle Current CPR and First Aid certification (we can point you to resources if you need to renew) Negative TB test or chest X-ray Clear background check CNA or PCA experience preferred — if you don't have credentials but have genuine experience, we offer paid training What you earn $15-$18/hr based on your experience and certifications Mileage reimbursement Holiday pay at time-and-a-half Bi-weekly paychecks Referral bonuses Paid training and continuing education 24/7 support We hire directly — W-2 employment, not contract work. You're part of the team from day one. If consistent hours and a team that's easy to reach sounds like a step up from where you are now, we'd like to talk. Click to Apply.
