Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to promote independence and dignity. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences, ensuring safety and health standards are met. Provide companionship and emotional support to foster positive social interactions and reduce feelings of isolation. Administer medication reminders and monitor health conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals promptly. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. Support clients with transportation for appointments, errands, or social outings to enhance their quality of life. Follow care plans meticulously, documenting services provided and communicating effectively with family members and healthcare teams. Requirements Proven experience in caregiving roles, preferably with Level II trauma center experience or hospital medicine background. Knowledge of emergency medicine procedures and familiarity with Level I Trauma Centers is highly desirable. Experience working with diverse populations including Geriatrics, PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit), or post-acute care settings such as outpatient clinics or sub-acute care facilities. Ability to handle medical-surgical tasks with confidence and professionalism in inpatient or outpatient environments. Strong understanding of teaching hospital protocols and outpatient care procedures. Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow detailed care instructions accurately.
