Job Description

Job Overview Join our dedicated team as an In Home Caregiver, where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, personalized care to individuals in their own homes. This rewarding position allows you to make a meaningful difference by supporting clients with daily activities, health monitoring, and emotional well-being. We are seeking motivated caregivers who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centered care. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary Monitor and record vital signs, medication administration, and patient observations to ensure safety and health compliance Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation Maintain a clean and safe living environment through regular cleaning, laundry, and organization tasks Follow care plans meticulously, documenting patient progress and communicating updates to healthcare teams while adhering to HIPAA regulations Support clients with specialized needs including dementia care, Alzheimer's care, autism support, hospice care, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities Qualifications Prior experience in home health care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred Knowledge of patient observation techniques and ability to monitor vital signs accurately Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; additional certifications such as HIPAA training are a plus Experience working with individuals with disabilities or complex medical conditions such as dementia or autism is desirable Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks required for caregiving duties Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient support Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are often necessary for client visits Join us if you're eager to bring energy, empathy, and expertise into the lives of those who need it most.
