There are 5 homes currently; 3 gentlemen houses and 2 ladies houses. Shifts begin each day at 5pm - and last until 5pm the next day. (24/7/365). Number of shifts to work each week two or less and based on current coverage needs. (PRN available on request) Job Duties will include but are not limited to: Cooking, Cleaning, assisting with hygiene, transportation, assist with medical appointments, work well independently and as part of a larger team, helping others to become more involved/connected in their community. Minimum Job Requirements 21 years of age High school diploma/GED Reliable Transportation Valid driver's license Current auto insurance Ability to lift, up to 50 pounds Pay DSP's Length of time with company. Rate of Pay after 22% raise. Monthly Pay (based on 40 hours weekly) New staff starting pay $13.42 $2308.24 Current staff less than 6 months $13.42 $2308.24 Current staff 6 months to 1 year $14.03 $2413.16 Current staff here longer than 1 year $15.25 $2623.00 Sleep time counts toward these hours as well.
