Part-time | 20+ hours per week At 1Heart Caregiver Services, we are committed to providing compassionate, relationship-centered care that helps seniors and adults maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life at home. We're currently seeking a dependable and compassionate caregiver to provide one-on-one support for clients in the Lawrenceville area. If you take pride in making a meaningful difference in the lives of others, we'd love to hear from you. About the Role As a Caregiver, you'll provide personalized, in-home support that promotes client comfort, safety, and well-being. This position includes hospice support, so we're looking for someone who is calm, patient, and compassionate while delivering quality care.
Responsibilities Assist with personal care:
bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure) Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment Accurately document care while following HIPAA guidelines Assist with mobility and transfers using proper safety techniques Support hospice patients with dignity and compassion Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team What We're Looking For CNA preferred; experienced PCA candidates encouraged to apply Previous experience in home care, long-term care, or similar setting preferred Comfortable using a smartphone and electronic systems for scheduling, communication, EVV, and care documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable in-home environments Reliable transportation and A dependable smartphone with internet access.
