We're building something special—and we're looking for a high-performing, execution-focused Operations & Caregiver Coordinator to anchor our brand-new Savannah location and support our rapid expansion across Georgia. This is not a slow-paced, traditional administrative role. You will be the engine of our local operations, directly managing caregiver recruitment, client scheduling, and state compliance. What You'll Do Drive Caregiver Recruitment:
Own the full hiring funnel for caregivers in your territory—from posting high-converting ads and screening candidates to onboarding and building a deep bench of reliable talent. Master the
Puzzle of Scheduling:
Coordinate, maintain, and rapidly adjust caregiver schedules to ensure 100% shift coverage. You'll monitor real-time attendance using Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems.
Protect Our Compliance:
Maintain bulletproof digital personnel and client files in strict alignment with Georgia DCH Private Home Care Provider regulations. Own the
Front Line:
Serve as the energetic, welcoming first point of contact for incoming phone calls, intake inquiries, and new client leads.
Build Relationships:
Collaborate directly with our Care Supervisor and community case management agencies to seamlessly transition new referral leads into active clients. Who This Job Is For This role is a perfect fit for someone who: Has 2+ years of experience in home care coordination, healthcare administration, or high-volume scheduling/recruiting. Possesses a "no task too small" attitude and thrives in a continuously improving, fast-moving environment. Is highly tech-savvy and comfortable utilizing modern scheduling software, EVV systems, and CRMs. Is obsessed with details, data integrity, and compliance.
