In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support and care to individuals with diverse needs, including seniors, individuals with developmental disabilities, and those experiencing memory care challenges. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a rewarding environment where your efforts directly enhance the quality of life for those you serve. All positions are paid, and no experience is necessary—just a caring heart and a desire to help others thrive! Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure residents' health and safety Administer medications accurately following prescribed instructions and maintain detailed medication records using a MAR. Support residents with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other cognitive impairments through personalized care strategies and behavior management techniques Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment Operate assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts and ensure proper safety protocols are followed during transfers Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship to promote mental well-being and community involvement Skills Experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or personal care homes is highly valued Knowledge of dementia care, memory care, and Alzheimer's support strategies Ability to perform first aid and respond effectively in emergency situations Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and communication purposes Strong caregiving skills with a focus on respectful, person-centered support Ability to work independently while following care plans and protocols Valid driver's license for transportation needs when required; safe driving record preferred Join us in creating a caring community where every individual receives the respect and attention they deserve!
