Responsibilities Provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, and children with varying developmental needs, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Support early childhood development through engaging activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional growth Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and nap times in accordance with individual care plans Implement behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions and support children's emotional regulation Collaborate with families and team members to create personalized care strategies that meet each child's unique needs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment that complies with health and safety regulations Use first aid skills promptly and effectively in case of minor injuries or emergencies Skills Proven experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Ability to manage behavior positively while fostering a nurturing environment Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities and implementing inclusive caregiving strategies Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies Experience in classroom settings or daycare environments demonstrating patience and adaptability Embark on a rewarding career where your caring nature can shine!
