As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, attentive support to promote safety, development, and well-being. Responsibilities Deliver attentive care to children of various ages, including infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Support childhood development through engaging activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional growth Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, dressing, and nap times for young children Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive behaviors and address challenges effectively Collaborate with families and team members to create personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in accordance with health and safety regulations Provide emergency first aid when necessary and be prepared to respond swiftly to any incidents or health concerns Qualifications Prior experience in childcare, daycare settings, babysitting, nannying, or early childhood education is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-appropriate activities Certification in first aid and CPR is required or willing to obtain upon hire Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong communication skills for collaborating with families and team members Ability to manage behavior effectively while maintaining a caring approach Passion for nurturing children's growth and creating a positive environment for learning and development Join us in providing exceptional care that nurtures potential and creates joyful experiences for children!
