Caregiver / Resident Assistant SerenGela Care Homes, LLC - Swainsboro, GA Join a Team That Makes a Difference Every Day SerenGela Care Homes, LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Caregivers to join our growing team. We provide a supportive, home-like environment for adults who require assistance with daily living while maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life. We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time positions as we continue to grow our organization.

Available Shifts Day Shift:

7:00 AM - 7:00

PM Night Shift:

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Weekday and Weekend Opportunities Available Compensation Pay is based on Experience, Attitude, and Aptitude We believe great caregivers bring more than experience—they bring compassion, reliability, and a genuine desire to care for others. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support. Monitor residents and promptly report any changes in condition. Assist residents with mobility and fall prevention. Follow individualized care plans and facility policies. Complete required documentation accurately and timely. Assist with medication reminders and support care staff as directed. Prepare, cook, and serve resident meals and snacks. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment. Perform housekeeping and laundry duties as assigned. Assist with resident activities and engagement programs. Work cooperatively with fellow caregivers, nurses, administration, and families. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous caregiving, CNA, personal care home, assisted living, or healthcare experience preferred but not required. Ability to pass background screening and any required pre-employment requirements. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor.
