WEEKEND
  • MORNING Caregiver at Personal Care Home 182 Head Ave, Tallapoosa, GA 30176 From $10.25 an hour

Every Weekend, Saturdays and Sundays 11:00 AM
  • 7:00
PM Total:
16 Hours/ week

  • Must be able to get criminal background check. Please be prepared to come for an in-person interview. __________________
  • A Resident Assistant on 1st ( morning ) shift may be responsible for : medication management, serving meals, light housekeeping duties, laundry, and assistance with activities of daily living with residents. Ideal candidate would be comfortable in the kitchen and is a self-starter. Experience preferred, but not required; will train the right person (great entry-level position).
  • Must be comfortable in the kitchen, as you will be a part of making lunch and dinner for the residents
  • For these positions: No CNA or similar qualifications necessary.
Only CPR/First Aid, background check, and employee physical/TB test, upon confirmed hire .

  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to be firm with residents when necessary, and set professional boundaries

  • Great communication when problems arise, personal or professional
  • High School Diploma or GED Georgia Living Center is a Personal Care Home located in Downtown, Tallapoosa, Georgia. Re-opened in 2019 under new management. Unlike a nursing home, we take in residents who are considered more independent, and are of various ages and abilities. We are a non-medical facility, without doctors or nurses on staff.
  • A Resident Assistant is a caregiver that assists residents with various tasks throughout the day.
Resident Assistants are trained to pass medications, but not provide medical care beyond activities of daily living (we are NOT an assisted living facility).
