As an In-Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by providing non-medical in-home services.
Responsibilities:
Provide companionship and engage with clients in activities of interest Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and laundry Help with meal preparation, cooking, and dishes Assist with personal care tasks, including bathroom assistance, bathing, and dressing Accompany clients on errands, such as grocery shopping or banking Provide medication reminders and other forms of support
Requirements:
Proven experience as a caregiver Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR) Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards Respectful and compassionate demeanor Good time management skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong ethics Physical endurance What Delta Homecare -
