Job Description
We are a rapidly expanding home care company. We have been in the industry for over 20 years and currently have operations throughout central and southern Georgia. We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial person who has experience with Medicaid, VA, & Private Home Care, as well as Medicaid Skilled Nursing Services in Georgia. This is an exciting opportunity for someone seeking growth to jump in with an established company at the ground level. This person must have knowledge and experience of working with home care agencies within the state of Georgia. They must also have an extensive and verifiable liaison relationship of working with the Veterans Administration on helping veterans receive the care they require at home. Must have experience working with Medicaid / Waiver Program Case Management Agencies & Case Managers as well as the Area Agencies on Aging. This person should also have extensive ties with Medicaid referral sources throughout Georgia. Experience with Medicaid Skilled Nursing Services. These requirements are a must.
