  • Full-Time | The Growing Patch Academy The Growing Patch Academy is seeking a warm, reliable, and experienced Infant Lead Caregiver to join our team and provide high-quality care for our youngest learners.
This position is ideal for someone who is nurturing, organized, professional, and confident in leading an infant classroom while maintaining DHS standards, classroom structure, and strong communication with families and staff. We are looking for someone who is dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about infant development and early childhood education.
Position Details Full-Time, Non-Exempt Pay:
$21
  • 24 per hour DOE Monday-Friday Operating hours between 6:00 AM
  • 6:00 PM Benefits available for eligible employees What You'll Do Lead daily infant classroom operations and routines Provide nurturing and attentive infant care Support feeding, diapering, soothing, and developmental activities Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom Implement developmentally appropriate infant practices Complete daily reports, documentation, and classroom records Maintain DHS and licensing compliance standards Guide and support classroom aides and caregivers Communicate daily with families regarding infant care and development Support a calm, positive, and structured classroom environment Participate in trainings, staff meetings, and professional development Qualifications DHS Qualified Infant Lead Caregiver Infant/Toddler development training completed Experience in a licensed childcare setting preferred Current PATCH Registry preferred CPR/First Aid Certification preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced childcare environment What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and punctuality Professionalism and strong work ethic Positive attitude and teamwork Leadership and initiative Genuine passion for working with infants and families Benefits May Include Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Professional Development Assistance 401(k) and 401(k) Matching Flexible Schedule Work Location In Person•The Growing Patch Academy How to Apply Please submit your resume along with any relevant certifications or qualifications.
