Job Description

SECOH is looking for experienced, motivated, dedicated, and caring individuals to join our team as a Direct Support Staff! Direct Support Staff provides physical, emotional, and social supports to adults with disabilities. Supports encourage involvement in activities, engagement with others, and individual skill development. Direct Support Staff openings are available for our Diamond Head and Kapolei centers and 1:1 in-home (PAB) and community (CLS-I) services. 18 years old HS diploma/equivalent required
PAB/CLS-I
experience preferred Must have reliable transportation Full Time Employee Benefits (just to name a few): 100% paid medical for employees working 20+ hours per week Paid time off (PTO) after three-month introductory period Holiday Pay immediately upon hire Birthday Holiday immediately upon hire $30,000 life insurance after three-month introductory period
