MALE CAREGIVER

that can speak Tagalog at the request of our client. We need 7 days per week "day shift" 12 hours per day! He currently lives in a specialized memory and dementia care facility. The ideal candidate will be energetic, proactive, and committed to promoting independence, safety, and well-being through attentive caregiving and support. Duties Companion care Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as, dressing, grooming, and mobility support as needed. Bring client to nurse to monitor patient health by taking vital signs, observing changes in condition, and reporting findings accurately. Bring client to medications nurse following prescribed care plans while adhering to HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and confidentiality. Support residents with specialized needs for dementia, and sun downers episodes through tailored care strategies. Bring client to dining room and assist with feeding when necessary. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning patient areas. Requirements Proven experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group home settings with a focus on senior or long-term care Knowledge of first aid, CPR certification, and emergency response procedures Familiarity with care plans, medication administration, patient monitoring, and vital signs measurement Experience working with individuals with memory care needs Strong communication skills and must speak Tagalog. Daily documentation and collaboration with agency and family via text and members and healthcare teamswhile maintaining HIPAA compliance at the facility.
