Job Description

Overview Join our caring team as a Nanny/Caregiver and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. This vibrant role involves providing attentive, nurturing, and responsible care for children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. You will create a safe, engaging environment that promotes growth, learning, and well-being while supporting families with their daily routines. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your caregiving talents and foster positive developmental experiences. Duties Provide attentive supervision and nurturing care for children of different ages, ensuring their safety at all times Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, diapering, and nap schedules for infants and toddlers Engage children in educational activities, playtime, arts and crafts, and age-appropriate teaching to promote development Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light cleaning tasks related to childcare areas Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing tailored caregiving strategies and working closely with families or specialists Requirements Proven experience working with children in settings such as daycare, babysitting, nannying, or teaching roles Knowledge of child development stages for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hiring) Ability to perform light cleaning duties related to childcare areas effectively Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members Reliable, energetic, compassionate, and dedicated to providing high-quality childcare Join us in creating a joyful, safe environment where children can thrive!
