Position is also responsible for personal care of individuals when needed. Candidate must have valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation. HS diploma or GED required.

Schedule:

7:30am-4pm

Monday-Friday Essential Job Responsibilities:

Treat everyone with dignity and respect Develop and implement functional, age-appropriate, skill building activities Maintain records of each participant's goals, progress, and services provided Assist participants with personal care, hygiene needs, and eating as needed Drive agency and/or personal vehicle for community integration activities
