Job Description

Universal Worker - Assisted Living/Memory Care (Part-Time Overnight Shift)
Shift:
10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Position Summary The Universal Worker provides compassionate care and support to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care during overnight hours. This role helps maintain residents' safety, comfort, dignity, and independence while ensuring a calm and secure environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility. Complete resident safety checks and report changes in condition. Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly. Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a clean, safe environment. Assist with meal preparation and nighttime routines. Follow care plans and communicate updates to nursing staff or supervisors. Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety/infection control procedures.
Qualifications:
Experience in assisted living, memory care, or healthcare preferred. Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently overnight. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
