We are seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to work two 16-hour weekend shifts , providing consistent, high-quality care in a home-like setting. About the Role DSPs provide hands-on support that helps clients live safely, independently, and with dignity in their homes and communities.

Responsibilities include:

Personal care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs) Meal preparation, housekeeping, and home management tasks Transportation to appointments and community activities Medication reminders (with training provided) Documentation of services provided Encouraging independence and supporting client goals Ensuring a safe and supportive environment throughout shifts Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of caregiving, DSP, or related experience required Ability to work two 16-hour weekend shifts Ability to perform physical job duties (lifting, standing, bending, etc.) Strong communication skills and a dependable, compassionate attitude About Golden Heart Golden Heart provides in-home and community support services to seniors, veterans, and individuals with intellectual disabilities.
